I’m a passionate Reiki Master and the proud founder of Reiki 4 the Whole Body, and I’m so excited to invite you into the space I’ve created for you and share the healing powers of Reiki with you. 

 

You may only know me as a Reiki practitioner so far, but as we get to know each other better, you’ll learn I’m also a Reno native, a wife, and a mother of two moody (yet lovable!) teens who constantly keep my family busy with school, soccer, art, and life in general. 

 

Here are a few things I love:

 

• Connecting with nature

• Hiking, skiing, and biking 

• A relaxing night in with the family and a good movie or board game

• A spa day or nice dinner to catch up and unwind with friends

 

I began my Reiki business in 2016 and trained here in Reno, with direct lineage under Mikao Usui, who was a promoter of the spiritual practice of Reiki and taught Reiki to over 2,000 people in his lifetime. 

 

My clients are one of my favorite parts of what I do, and I compassionately treat each one with love, respect, and honesty. As a Reiki Master, I strive to not only achieve, but surpass these values with each client and inspire them to then go out and share these values with those they come into contact with in their own world.

 

More than a decade ago, I personally found Reiki while searching for support in growing, thriving, and perhaps most importantly, healing. Reiki transformed my life and became an essential piece of helping me heal past wounds and stay grounded - emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically. One of the most amazing things about my Reiki journey has been the realization that my past was part of my journey and does not define who I am today or the person I want to be in the future. Talk about powerful.
